Pre-release information
Terms of use
These short-form draft terms describe expected use of HornMe. They are not final launch terms.
Operator and eligibility
HornMe is operated by Fenton Cayless in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 to use it and must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure.
Consent, safety and scope
HornMe supports communication between consenting adults. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, ongoing and may be withdrawn at any time. App prompts never replace asking your partner directly. Do not use HornMe for coercion, harassment, exploitation, impersonation, unlawful content or violation of another person’s privacy.
HornMe is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, mental-health, relationship, legal or other professional advice. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. HornMe does not guarantee relationship, wellbeing, intimacy or other outcomes.
Your content and acceptable use
You remain responsible for information and content you submit and for having permission to share it. You permit HornMe to handle submitted content only as needed to operate the service. Do not upload illegal material, malware, another person’s confidential content without permission, or attempt to bypass security, scrape, disrupt or misuse the service.
Features, availability and purchases
Features may be optional, unavailable or changed before release. The service may be interrupted and no uptime or result is guaranteed. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund language remains to be completed if paid production plans are offered; applicable platform rules and statutory rights will still apply.
Ending use
You may stop using HornMe or request deletion. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for safety, security, law or serious misuse. Data handling after deletion is described in the draft privacy notice.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable UK consumer and data-protection rights. No final liability limitation, governing-law clause or dispute process is stated in this draft.
Items still requiring review
- Complete operator identity/address, effective date and acceptance/versioning process.
- Consumer cancellation, payment, renewal and refund terms if paid plans launch.
- Final intellectual-property, suspension, liability, indemnity, governing-law and dispute clauses.
- App-store terms, moderation/complaints procedure and notice of changes.
